On September 3, 2025, with the support of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, organized by the Azerbaijan Fintech Association (AzFina) and sponsored by PashaPay, the “Fintech Horizons Forum” was held.

The forum brought together leading companies from the country’s fintech ecosystem, providing a platform to discuss the capabilities of AniPay (Instant Payment System – IPS) and the Government Payment Portal, including QR payment solutions, digital transformation directions, and the future of financial services.

The main objective of the forum was to accelerate the adoption of digital payments and stimulate innovation in financial technologies. In 2024, the volume of cashless transactions increased by 66%, further emphasizing AniPay’s significance in the nation’s digital economy.

Within the framework of the event, participants worked on innovative payment products built on the IPS infrastructure, service models aligned with new regulatory requirements, and business solutions based on 24/7 operating systems. The goal was to develop practical models that address real market needs through more efficient use of existing technology. Teams that proposed successful solutions were awarded certificates.
