According to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Payment Services and Payment Systems", organizations that have applied to the Central Bank for a license to provide payment services are being evaluated. Thus, with the Decision of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 4, 2024, the PashaPay company, a member organization of our association, was presented with indefinite licenses giving the right to carry out the activities of an electronic money organization.

It should be noted that the assessment of other organizations that have applied for a license to provide payment services to the Central Bank is currently ongoing.
